Decision Ready is engaged in the financial services marketplace. The position involves working closely with enterprise banking clients and internal development team. Activities include conference calls, requirements gathering, solution discussions with clients and internal development teams, perform testing, reporting on project status to all parties.

The Decision Ready Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the designated client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary liaison between client and internal technology team
• Conduct and attend client meetings
• Collect, analyze and/or write business requirements
• Test all new system enhancements and defect fixes before delivery to client
• Triage and escalate all reported application defects, test fixes for approval for client delivery
• Understand and document workflows
• Create and document use cases
• Propose screen and interface designs
• Ability to deliver well-organized presentations when needed

• Possess aptitude for prioritizing, multitasking, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player and willing to adapt to change
• Must possess the ability to learn and implement new skills and technologies as requested without exception
• Serve as the primary product expert and function as a knowledge resource for customers and sales
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person
• May lead and direct the work of others.

Job Requirements:

• Completed education/certification in business analysis and/or project management. If no previous experience, applicant must be a confident people person, highly motivated and ready to learn. This is not a project management position, however project management skills will be utilized.
• Much of time in position will involve enhancement and defect testing and validation. Heavy testing role.

Preferred additional experience

• One plus years of professional experience acting or supporting one of the following roles: Business Analyst, Product Owner, Implementation Manager or operational equivalent in a mortgage servicing environment.
• Mortgage industry experience a plus.
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in QA testing.

Other:

• This is a full-time, onsite position with benefits. We are not considering consultants at this time.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary.
• Occasional travel to Client site may be required in the future.
